Black dots on meshes/textures - Rendering - Epic Developer

I am currently working in UE5.0.3 and used the VR template as a start. I created a new level and started modelling, however I currently have a problem with black dots on meshes and the landscape to which I cannot seem to find a solution. The dots are also flickering while moving so it’s really annoying. Opening the mesh itself doesn’t show the artefacts.
