Yoga Pod offers over 50 classes a week in a beautiful 3-room studio located in NW Austin. With options for beginner yogis to advanced practitioners, classes are designed to improve your skill sets and support and challenge you along the way in a friendly and welcoming environment for all levels. Yoga Pod offers podBASICS to build intentional foundation for beginners & advanced, podFLOW All Levels to progress on your vinyasa path, and podFLOW 2 heated and unheated with more challenging poses. The podHOT class is guaranteed to deliver a detoxifying sweat with our Infra-red heat to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. podFIT, podSCULPT & podBARRE classes are taught to the beat and focused on strength, weights, cardio and endurance training which will set you up for success in your continued practice. Slower paced VinYIN, YIN & Restorative classes are a lovely way to unwind your mind and melt away the stress from your days both for newbies and advanced practitioners to stretch and relax. You'll need your own mat & towel for any class. If you don't have one, we rent them for $2 each.
