Please be aware the North Finchley studio is an old warehouse, so can get very cold in Winter! We have many heaters on, but with little insulation it is tricky to keep it toasty. Do come wrapped up with lots of layers (which you'll no doubt take off in no time!), or if you do not feel comfortable working out when it is not warm- try our other studios or come back when it's a little warmer!Exhale Pilates London has grown into one of the UK’s most well-known and loved Pilates brands.
