With up to 8 class types, you'll be spoilt for choice — from heart-racing Hot classes to blissed-out Zen sessions, we dish out the dynamic, the relaxing, and everything in between. Get dressed in a comfortable outfit that lets you stretch and sweat — fancy yoga pants or old PE shorts. Make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to unwind and settle into the room so you’re ready when we begin class. Class starts right on time, and latecomers will be respectfully turned away.
