Exchange Policy For Undergarments We will honour exchanges for size only (no change of style or colour) within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange only, and no refunds are allowed. Do note that we dispose off all exchanged items that has been sent back to us. This is for hygiene reasons and there are no exceptions. Please ensure that you send back your item in good condition and with no damage to packaging.
