EQUIPMENT WORKOUT CARDS - If you’re a member of a gym or happy to invest in some equipment for your home then this workout pack is for you! Adding a little resistance and weight is the best way to push your workouts to the max and increase your results. There are 45 individual exercises, and 9 set routines at the back of the pack to give you a little inspiration but once you’ve got the hang of those you can go rogue and pick your own cards from legs, upper body Abs and Cardio. Recommended Equipment - I’d recommend investing in one or more of the following to use this pack: Yoga Mat, Skipping Rope, Resistance Band, Kettlebell 6kg+ (I recommend using the kettlebell for the heavier-weighted movements so if you regularly workout, I would opt for 12kg+) HOME WORKOUT CARDS - Want to workout from home but don’t know how? I've got you! There are 46 individual exercises and 8 set workouts at the back of the pack to give you a little inspiration. Once you’ve got the hang of those you can go rogue and pick your own cards from Upper Body, Legs, Abs, and Cardio. Each pack has a picture of the exercise and a description of how to perform the move on the back, as well as a guide on reps, sets and rest, and even comes with a selection of motivational quotes to keep you on the fitness wagon! Each pack is the size of a pack of playing cards making them perfect to take with you wherever you go. Recommend Equipment - Yoga Mat and Water - that's it! During my pregnancy, I found there was a serious lack of information out there on how to move safely throughout each trimester which is why I knew I wanted to release my very own Pregnancy pack to help you stay on top of your fitness levels, boost endorphins, correct posture and balance your mental wellbeing.
