This harness is made of elastic and is adjustable, for the closest and most comfortable fit possible. Satin elastics are currently only available via our website. Sizing + Recommended Measurements: This item can be purchased with a standard size, or with free custom sizing. There are no upper or lower limits to custom sizing, all you need to do is add your dress size or measurements in the box. Please include a unit of measurement or country for dress sizes. Items purchased with custom sizing and with all recommended measurement given will be covered under our Sizing Guarantee. We recommend the following measurements for items: Chokers - Neck Garters - Thigh, at desired height Chests - Underbust + Bust, plus neck if applicable Bottoms - Waist, Hips, and Thigh Bodies - Underbust, Bust, Waist, Hips, Thigh and Overall Height There are also no limitations on body type - most harnesses will fit either a flat or large chest, and allow for additional room if needed in the crotch area. If you are unsure, these details can be added at checkout. We use the following size specifications: UK 8-10, US 4-6 - 26-30in waist - 18-21in thigh - 28-32in underbust - 12-14in neck UK 12-14, US 8-10 - 30-34in waist - 19-22in thigh - 32-36in underbust - 13-15in neck UK 16-18, US 12-14 - 33-37in waist - 21-24in thigh - 36-40in underbust - 14-16in neck Accessibility: Accessibility is important to us here at Devovere, and we want to make it as easy as possible. We try to only source nickel free hardware, and our Satin Elastics are latex free. If you have a latex sensitivity, you can be upgraded to Satin Elastic free of charge when available. These requests could include change fastening types, adding extra or moving existing fastenings, using only plastic hardware, enclosing seams, or other alterations. These changes do unfortunately depend on the harness, so please send an enquiry if these additional alterations are needed. Shipping + Tracking: This is a made to order item. On average, these items take one week to reach to top of the queue, be made, and sent. However, this can vary so please check the listed shipping times for the most up to date information. UK customers can then expect their item to arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free. Tracked shipping has an additional £2 fee, but is included as standard on orders over £50. International customers can expect their items to arrive 2-3 weeks after dispatch, however delays at customs can occur. Shipping costs £3-5, and is free on orders over £50. Tracked shipping has an additional £5 fee, but is included as standard on orders over £100. Shipping upgrades can be found in your cart or at checkout. As such, delayed items are not considered "lost" until an additional 2 weeks pass beyond the latest estimated delivery date for UK orders, or 8 weeks for international orders. International orders may be subject to import taxes. We cannot accept forced returns on custom items due to a refusal to pay import taxes. These taxes will be dependent on your own countries laws, and we have no way to alter or intervene with them. Custom items force returned will not be refunded, and will need shipping to be repaid. Returns + Repairs: When you choose custom sizing, you get our Sizing Guarantee. We want your item to be perfect. For 30 days after arrival, we will fix your item free of charge if it differs to the measurements you provided, and refund the return shipping cost from your initial purchase when a receipt is provided. All items are covered by our Quality Guarantee. For one calendar year from dispatch, your item will be covered against accidental damage. You will be required to ship the item back for repairs. Care: Please treat with care. Elastic, when repeatedly pulled beyond comfort, can become stretched. Do not machine wash or dry, as the heat can damage the elastic. Spot clean or sink-wash, and dry metal components quickly and thoroughly with a cloth or towel to prevent rust. Buying As A Gift: Gift wrapping is available at check out for a small charge. Gift wrapping includes a pink box tied with a black ribbon, and a printed message enclosed. Via our website we also have gift cards available, and it is possible to pre-purchase an item for the gift recipient to send their measurements at a later date.
