The fabric can take any motion you can dish out and performs like a second skin! 13% spandex, 87 polyester (feels like Modal polyester which is actually a natural fiber from the cellulose of a type of tree called Beech Trees so its confusing) bottom line it is amazing and you wont wanna take them off! Size: please do fill in the specifics of your size and any fitting difficulties you may have because I can cut these to fit any thing fro. A size zero to about a size 12 - 14.
