This vintage Maidenform Chansonette bra is almost new. Doesn’t seem to of been used mush. It is a soft cup. It is unlined and unpadded. There is one hook and three adjustments. The stitching on each cup is circular and centered on nipples. I found two ads. One from 1957 and another from 1963. The straps are adjustable and are 1/2”. I stress to please compare my measurements to yours. This cannot be returned or refunded.
