Handmade Leather Petroglyph Cat Collar with Breakaway Buckle - Red This collar is made from premium cowhide leather and is a beautiful way to display your cat's tags and charms. The collar has rounded edges to make it smooth and comfortable for your furry friend to wear. The natural vegetable tanned leather is carefully hand stamped with a beautiful petroglyph pattern. The leather is treated with an acrylic weather-resistant finish, and the rounded edges are sealed with natural beeswax. The leather is 1/2" wide, and approximately 2 mm thick. Sizes 🐾Small (SM) adjusts from 5.5 inches to 8 inches 🐾Medium (MED) adjusts from 6 inches to 9.5 inches 🐾Large (LG) adjusts from 7 to 11.5 inches 🐾One Size (7") collars are made to the exact size you order, and do not have any adjustment The collar is finished with metal hardware, and the breakaway buckle is made of plastic. The collar is designed to hold tags and/or charms only, and should never be used to hold or restrain your cat. A leash should never be attached to this collar. The length options on the drop-down menu are for the the inside measurement around the circumference of the collar with the buckle done up. This collar comes in adjustable sizes (ex. SM 5.5" to 8"), and single sizes (ex. One Size 7"). The "one size" collars do not have any adjustment option, so be sure to measure your cat's neck carefully! **How to Measure*********** Cat collars are sized by the inside measurement with the collar done up. If you have an old collar you could do it up at the right size (not on your kitty) and use a soft tape measure to find the inside measurement. If this is your first collar, you could take a piece of string and fit it at the right length around your cat's neck, and then measure the length of the string. The last sample photo shows a blue geometric design finished cat collar being measured.
