Sam November 2013 _____________________________________ Dear Lesley, My wife and I would like to thank you for the prompt delivery of the silver cuff we ordered from you.  We are so pleased with the quality and the weight of it; we wanted something special for our daughter's 50th birthday and we are sure she will be as delighted with it as we are.  We searched all the high street jewellers in our area with no luck so it was such a relief to find just what we wanted on your web site.  Many thanks again, with best wishes Robert and Jean,  May 2014 _______________________________________ Handcrafted 925 solid sterling silver cuff bracelet, made from chunky 1.2mm depth.  High quality silver bought from UK bullion dealers (trading with only mines which ensure the countryside and workers rights are considered) is made into a cuff bracelet.  It is then hammered  using an unique process.  Hammering is usually achieved by a mechanical process or if hand hammered, by hammering metal on metal to produce the effect.  In contrast, I use a different process which prevents the silver from being misshapen / stretching it.  The depth of the silver therefore stays equal along the length of the bracelet and produces a much classier effect.  It does naturally take a lot more time to do this - however, I'm sure you'll agree, the resulting effect is worth the time and effort (including my aching wrists!). Due to the process the finish sheen on the cuff bracelet is more of a satin polish (not highly polished)    Because it is a cuff, it will fit most sized wrists.  Silver is a malleable metal (easy to shape).  Pull apart by using equal strength or push together in the same way if required.  Once completed, the bracelet is sent by Insured Mail (and returned by the same) to the London Assay Office to receive the assay hallmarks as seen.  These confirm the quality of the silver used in its making.  The bracelet will then be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery to you in the quality cuff bracelet box as pictured.  If it is a gift being posted directly to the recipient, please make a note of any message you wish to be written on a tag to be included with the packet. _______________________________________
