The 50 Cal is a heavy machine gun fortification in Those Who Remain. It can only be obtained from supply drops, with each drop spawning zero to four 50 Cals. The 50 Cal takes the appearance of an M2 Browning heavy machine gun attached onto a MK16 tripod mount. It requires three swings to be deployed.
