Concept Explanation:
In this Test Management Application, OMR sheet based tests can be processed by uploading OMR scan of student applicants answer sheet. The system will extract student seat number and answers marked in the OMR. All this will be done by Test Engine, a software component in Mathematic Scholar Project. Extracted data will be used to create/generate results and declare results and declare merit list as well
Admin Capabilities:
- Student can register there self by using email id and password and apply for tests. Students can use same credentials for downloading admit card and results
- Administrator controls whole system
- He/She can add question-answer bank to the system
- Can create Tests, A test is a set of question answers
- Admin can schedule tests
- Upload Scan OMR answer sheet for every student applicant
- Admin can process results
- OMR answersheets can be uploaded to system, it will process the document and respective results will be assigned to student applicant
- Admin can click PROCESS RESULTS button and whole test results will be calculated and a merit list will get generated by the system and result will get generated for all applicants
- Applicant can now login and download results
